Use "Shake" on:
Hamburgers: "Shake" on both sides of pattie, fry or grill.
Browning hamburger meat: chilli, stew, casseroles - add onion, green onions or whatever you are cooking with emat and add one tablespoon of "shake" per pound.
Stew Meat: "Shake" one tablespoon per pound on meat before browning.
Roasts: "Shake" on all sides of roasts prior to browning.
Brisket in the oven: cover meat with "Shake" and seal and up tightly with two or three wraps of aluminium foil so liquid will stay in foil. Bake in oven three to four hours at 350 degrees, depending on brisket size. (When using trimmed brisket, take meat out of foil, slice and put back in liquid before serving.)
BBQ meats: cover briskets, clods, and rub into meat before putting on pit.
BBQ chicken: for juicy chicken, cover lightly with "Shake" and place halves rib-side down on pit or smoker, cook slowly at about 180 - 200 degress for 3 to 4 hours.
Chicken halves in oven: cover lightly with "Shake" place breast side up on cookie sheet for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
Pork ribs: use fish skinners or pliers and pull under side thin skin from rib rack, cover with "Shake" and rub into meat, place on pit and cook until meat starts pulling away from the bone.
Fajitas: trim skin from fajitas, cover with "Shake" and rub into meat, place in your favorite marinade: I use one bottle Zesty Italian and one bottle Caesar Salad dressing; cover meat in deep cake pan. Refrigerate for 12 - 24 hours or until meat turns gray in color. Seer over hot fire until done. Do not over cook! Always cut cross grain into thin strips about 1/4" thick.
Steak: cover both sides of steak with "Shake" prior to grilling (suggestion: cover with "Shake" and Kikkoman Soy Sauce and let marinade for two hours in refrigerator prior to grilling.)
Boiled shrimp, crabs, or crawfish (mud bugs): add a heaping 1/2 cup of "Shake" per gallon of water. Boil water for at least 15 minutes prior to adding shrimp, etc.
Broiling lobster tails: add one teaspoon of "Shake" to melted butter and baste on tails while broiling.
Fresh oysters on the BBQ pit: scrub fresh oysters with brush and clean, place on pit with shells looking at you, when oysters spit or start to open, squirt liquid squeeze butter with one teaspoon lemon juice and one teaspoon of "Shake" added to squeeze butter into oyster; cook for approximately 20 minutes. Do not over cook, oyster will be dry and tough.
Broiling fish: place fillets on cookie sheet and cover fish lightly with "Shake" and broil or baste fish with melted butter seasoned with "Shake".
Fried fish: put "Shake" on fish prior to batter or add to cornmeal.
Dips for chips: add "Shake" to cream cheese, sour cream or baked potatoes.
Popcorn: use "Shake" instead of salt.
Bloody Marys: add "Shake" to your favorite recipe instead of salt and pepper.
Fried chicken: cover chicken prior to flouring or add "Shake" to flour.
Tator tots: brown in oven as per instructions, take out of oven, cover with American Slice Cheese, each slice covering six tator tots, sprinkle lightly with "Shake" and return to oven just long enough to melt cheese.
